Herbal Actions and Energetics
Sunday, June 25th 1-3 p.m.
at The Potager
Herbal actions and energetics are the foundation of western herbalism.
Actions refer to the effect that an herb will have on the body, while energetics refer to the overall qualities of the herb.
Having a solid understanding of these concepts is the key to being able to use herbs to support wellness effectively.
We will discuss the actions and energetics of common Iowa herbs, and we will learn how to guess what the actions
and energetics are based on tasting/smelling/feeling the plant. Everyone will make their own herbal remedy to take home.
$30 to participate.
